To let the kids out at 8.30?

They have some eggs inside and some hidden in the garden. Three children under 7, DH will only be home between 8.30 and 9 today.

Clocks have just gone back and we have a big garden but have childless young couples on each side.

Would you let them go out at 8.30 or make them wait? Thanks.

I would, at quarter to 9.

I would!! Happy hunting!! 😃

I would. But I would also warn them beforehand no to scream and shout. It can be done quietly.

Have fun!

Yes ask them to try not to make too much noise and then let them loose.

I know the moment has passed, but I would say let them out at 8.30 too (Childless couple here). As long as they don't lob Easter eggs at my house and make my dogs bark I wouldn't care Grin

Thanks! I let them out and they didn't scream the street awake!
