My tablets state I can take 2 tablets 4 times a day NOT in 24 hours.

I have taken 5 since midnight how long do I have left to take remaining 3?

I'm in pain and tired and can't think straight!

a day is 24 hours

That's basically 2 every 6 hours. You've already taken over the prescribed dose.

Your remaining tablets can be taken over the period from now until Midnight. 'A day' is 24 hours.

Why have you taken 5? If the normal dose is two tablets, then you should take two at a time to get the desired effect.

I think the key is spreading them out evenly. Were you taking them bewteen midnight and now, or just when oyu got up?
If it really is during the time you are up rather than 24hrs, then take 2 when you get up - 7ish, 2 at 12, 2 at 5 and 2 at 10 (bedtime). Adjust slightly if you get up/go to bed at different times.

You only have 3 left til the end of the day basically, so as you had the first one at midnight you can only have 3 between now and then.

So one now, one at 4 and one at 8 and then that will be into the new day? Although it sounds like ideally they should be taken in 2s? In which case 2 at 6pm would probably be best to get back on track.

If you are suffering so much you are taking too many you need to seek medical help
