This man should never have been free to commit rape? It is a horrific crime and has ruined lives. Wtf is wrong with the justice system in this country that this type of thing happens, he was known to authorities ffs. Why is it so soft? He is eligible for parole in ten years, I think he should have a life sentence, no parole. But that's against his human rights
