Went to see friend in mutual city this eve and she said she was too tired to see me. I have to stay here overnight and booked trains, only came to see her (so don't think she knew this).

There was a slight mixup when my phone died early in the day and couldn't contact her so she changed plan (which was to go for dinner) and went with another friend instead. Said she was too tired to do anything after!

Did you have a plan to meet at a restaurant at a particular time?

At what time were you able to contact her?

Is she usually reliable?

Need some more info, as can't tell if she ditched you or if you didn't organise the evening properly.

If I were going to go to a city, book train tickets and accommodation, all to meet one friend, I would make sure everything was planned and agreed beforehand.

Why have you started two threads on this?

I think the consensus is that yanbu on both threads though if your phone had died I can see why wires would cross.
