To be surprised at discriminatory job ads

Scouting new jobs for DH at the moment and really surprised by some of them. So far today:

Requires young energetic salesman

Looking for female serving staff

And what sounds like an amazing family company looking for part time sales director. Would suit a semi retired salesman or a mum looking to re enter the workplace as the office has a play area they can bring the kids!

Am I over sensitive or are they all breaching the law in their recruitment?

The first one - certainly
The second - possibly, but could be exempt depending on where/what the job was
The third - not really. They're just pointing out that the job for part time workers and giving examples, so I'm sure they'd be happy with a semi retired saleswoman or a SAHD looking to re-enter the workplace.
