Is it now dead and buried for at least 5 years following the election results?

Or ...AIBU to think that it is?

If they even manage to form a government, it won't last five years. And there are some very articulate and vocal supporters elected to the daily that it won't be forgotten imo

dail!

Articulate and vocal perhaps, but not ones who will have any power.

I'm not sure if there is any form of a coalition between FG and FF that there will be a repeal. No political party really likes to touch the issue with a barge pole. The only benefit to Labour was they kept it on the agenda. FF allow a vote by conscience and at least two newly elected are pro life. So not sure that it will ever get put to the public with two inherently conservative parties in charge, especially if they have to decide together.
