Has anyone come across a good diet food plan which doesn't mean that loads of food is wasted at the end of each week?
I don't want shakes and powders and sachets and pills. I want nice normal healthy food. But each plan has things like "2 slices of bread" for a breakfast and then when you look across the week, no more bread is used. So you have a whole loaf minus two slices.
AIBU to want a food plan where
1 - the food is good
2 - the food is varied
3 - the food is not wasted
?? Does it exist?
