Aibu to be fretting?

On the way home from school today, DS aged 4 ran in to the road because he was scared of a dog Sad.

I didn't have hold of his hand because I was pushing the pram and had hold of 2 year old's hand.

I'm fretting so much now. I suffer from terrible anxiety and I know this is going to keep me awake tonight thinking of what could have happened.

It's hard not to relive that kind of moment, and I'm definitely not much of a fretter.

Life is full of close calls, we're allowed to let go of them. Can you do anything to make him less afraid of dogs?

When we're out and about I'm always trying to be positive about dogs that we pass by. He screams and shouts every time a dog goes near him, and this has rubbed off on to his little brother now :(

Could somebody's friendly mutt come to play at yours?
