BLOODY O2 DELIVERY!!!

I upgraded my phone yesterday and paid £8.99 for evening delivery between 6-10pm.
I it still hasn't bloody arrived and its 6 minutes to ten!!
Grrrr!!!
I want to go to bed!
AIBU to be annoyed, and to think it's not actually going to come?
O2 say they can't track it in Real Time.

I canceled an O2 delivery about 4 years ago...
It was an iPhone 3. I got a much better deal on the 4s, from a different network.

They delivered the (cancelled) phone a week later to a really dodgy neighbour. And charged me £22:35 for the privilege.

Looks like some things never change.

I never did get that money back, despite repeated promises!

So it's definitely not coming!
They said they have given me tomorrow's delivery slot now and refunded me!!
But can't/won't tell me the delay
