hi looking for help on a ebook cover

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I have an ebook out and am not that happy with the book cover that I made for it.
I am wondering whether anyone create fancies having a go for me please? I am happy to pay for your time.If this isn't the right place, I so apologise!

smashwords.com have a list of people who are recommended for eg book covers or editing

Why not ask at a local college to see if can be a project or competition for some of their media/ graphic design students?

People per hour.com is great for this - you advertise the job at £50 ish and people 'bid' for the job. You pick the person with the portfolio that you like best. Good luck with your book!

Expect to pay £50 upwards (though not more than £200 unless you know a lot about the person you are hiring). Do not use Fiverr - if you think you can get a cover for£5, what you get will serve you right.
