To ask work for an adjustable heigh desk

Everyone at work has the same desk. I have long legs and from my health workstation assesment I know for correct posture I need to have my desk a bit higher for my feet to be comfortable.

Aibu to ask them for this?

Why don't you stick a book under each desk leg?

a book or something under the legs wpuld work fine I agree
