I'm only 25 but worried that I may be going through perimenopause or have premature ovarian failure. I have endometriosis and had surgery 2.5 years ago to remove it on my ovary.

Recently my periods are a bit heavier than usual with clots, plus I've been having awful feelings of depair/doom and anxiety and panic attacks. I can't sleep very well , poor appetite and overheat in bed. It's come out of nowhere and freaking me out.

My periods come every month, between 25-28 days, it varies each month. They last for 6 days and heavy for the first 3.

make an appointment to see your GP

BigFriendlyGirl · 16/11/2015 14:19

Go see your GP. That is what they are there for. Hope it's nothing to be concerned about.

PittacusLore · 16/11/2015 14:21

Yes, go and see your GP.

But also, read Endometriosis by Dian Shepperson Mills.

It changed my life.

Thank you. I've been to have a blood test to check my FSH levels plus thyroid etc. Won't know the results for 3 days.
