Apologies, but I'm posting here for traffic as I've had no response in Legal.
I've got a mediation session through the Small Claims Court over the phone to settle a bill. I'm owed money. It occurs to me that I understand the basic premise (i.e. to come to an agreement over the amount owed with the mediator calling both parties alternately) but what actually happens on the call is a bit hazy. Could anyone enlighten me please? Do we literally just discuss money alone or is there more to it? Thanks so much.
