To ask Cheltenham mumsnetters to look out for dds hearing aids.

Thought it was worth a try.lost them yesterday, they are tiny, flesh coloured units with pink glittery Inserts.
Please pm me if you have found them, she has just started school and needs them.

Any ideas where she may have lost them?
Happy to keep an eye out, and I'm going into town tomorrow if that's any help.

Unfortunately it was in the charlton kings area, in or near to the library.

Will keep a look out. Maybe someone will hand in to the library or other nearby places?

I've checked. I can't understand why they haven't been handed in as they are of no use to anyone.
I think they may have been thrown away by someone who doesn't know what they are!

Are a member of any local Facebook pages for the area? That might get word out.

Have you reported to police, checked any nearby doctors surgeries, asked local radio to put an appeal out?

I hope they turn up, I am a hearing aid wearer so know how vital they are.

Hi, why don't you see if you can post on the Days Gone by in Cheltenham Facebook page. There are over 12,000 members. Best to ask one of the admin team as they can be a bit power crazed and it may get deleted for permission.

Told the hospital Friday, we now have to start the process of getting new ones, such a pity.

I've been frequenting the Core in CK lots lately, between medical appointments and meetings for DD.. But she went into hospital on Friday (in Swindon) and so haven't been able to get back there since I saw this. Such a shame! Would a photo and notices in cafe windows get more people on the look out? Or too late? Is there any kimd of hearing centre or place OAPs congregate where someone might have given them in?
