What a knob. Seriously, we've had it ages in Scotland. Wales and Ireland longer. Just get on with it and take a bag it you. Its not difficult.

The media have made this into a ridiculous big story. Why would anyone create a fuss or argue with Store staff about it?
Take some bags for your shopping or pay for plastic bags. Your choice.

Blue, 5p is a bargain price to suffocate the whingers isn't it? My grandma is 71 and still working on checkouts, the abuse she's had this past week is ridiculous although at least half of my income is probably spent on bags for life when I inevitably leave my 700,000 bags in another bag on the bus/in the hall/my other bag anyway.
