I have gained a total of 19lbs since before I was pregnant (7 gained during pregnancy and a whopping 12 since). I thought I was happy, that I loved my newfound figure etc but I feel very self conscious and not happy with my body. Take this as an example, today I have only 1 pair of trousers that will "fit" me. I have to sit at my desk with the buttons undone so it doesnt cut me in half.

So I have decided to start WWs at home again, on my own. I am full after a big tasty bowl of porridge this morning and looking forward to my veg chilli and rice for lunch, got my tea planned out too.

Just hope I can get to where I would like to be.

Sorry what's you aibu?

As far as I am concerned if you aren't happy with yourself, do something about it. Especially if your clothes don't fit.

Unless you are actually really skinny and was unhealthily thin before I can't see why anyone would think Yabu.

Spartans Nope, 9st and 5ft. I refuse to buy the next size up. I have gone from a size 10 and really need a 14 now hpmf.

Ah - I think there is a whole board dedicated to weight loss with several long-running threads with people who are encouraging each other with various types of diet so you might find some like-minded souls where you might get more responses. Good luck!

Ah right I see, I was thinking along dojo lines as well, that someone thought you were bu.

Support is good, I hope it goes to plan. I have never done WW so can't give any advice regarding it, but just want to show some support.
