I know to most people, this would be such a trivial thing.

But I made a phone call today!

It had to be done, and I did it.

I hate talking on the phone, as I can't see people's faces/expressions.

If you have small victories, share them!

Lets be happy for a few minutes. And a little bit proud.

Well done! Like you, I hate speaking on the phone...I have to psych myself up beforehand.

My small victory last week was going out and about on the bus with my 5 week old DD to somewhere new. I even BF in a busy public place - I still feel a bit proud of myself.

That's great! I do dread it too.
I sat in a coffee shop alone today. Not once did I become uncomfortable with negative thoughts about what othwr people might think about me. (A big deal).

I started seeing a counsellor today, it was horrible but I felt proud for going. Well done everyone else too!

I hate speaking on the phone too. Today I had to make a phone call and got through to the answering machine. Instead of hanging up like I normally would I actually left a message! That's a new one for me.

Yesterday I did my first run of C25K after almost a year! Didn't mind anyone seeing my huge self huffing and puffing away

I also hate talking on the phone, unless it's someone I know well

What is it about the phone? I'll avoid a phonecall if I can. I thank the day text message/Whatsapp and iMessage became the norm!

Yesterday was my first driving lesson where I didn't feel sick to my stomach and actually thought I can do this rather that feel like a fraud.
