To be a bit worried about my dress?

During the summer I visited a dressmakers in a city in different to the one that I live in. I was fitted for a dress and agreed on the material etc. This is a small shop but they also sell through a couple of websites and elsewhere so business is going well they tell me and it certainly seems that way from their many great reviews online.

Anyway, they emailed me last Tuesday to say that the dress was finished. Would I be able to come in and pick it up or should they send it? I asked them to send it and then they imediately invoiced me for the final payment/postage. I paid it right away. I've heard nothing since. I know there's been a bank holiday but AIBU to feel a bit concerned/annoyed that they haven't sent it yet or even told me what they are doing with it? I emailed on Wednesday to ask if they had sent it or when they intend to and have heard nothing. I never know if I'm being ridiculous about things like this but it seems a bit of a long wait with no contact.
