Because according to 3 year old DD1 I am! Got a mini high chair come booster seat for DD2 because it was on offer and we're about to start BLW. DD1 is having a full scale meltdown because I won't take it out of the box and give it to her, despite her having TWO special chairs of her own and just getting a mini Disney princess sofa for her bedroom.

Terrible twos are nothing compared to terrible threes in my experience. Standard sibling jealousy, I feel your pain. Stick to your guns and it will get easier.

Could you make something with the empty box for DD1 ?

All 5 of our children have all been obsessed with large empty boxes.

Me- "You don't need a high chair, you have a Peppa Pig chair"
Her- "Yes, I can need a high chair"
Me- "OK, shall I feed you parsnip puree for your dinner like a baby then?"
Her- "Yes"

She's such a contrary Mary atm, she didn't even like being in a high chair until DD2 came along!
