That's it, really - where's the best place to start this conversation about wtf I do next?

Does he pay you through cms or just an agreement between yourselves?

Reginafalangie · 05/08/2015 11:55

Lone parents maybe?

MaxPepsi · 05/08/2015 11:56

Do you know why he has stopped?

Has he told you this, or has it just not appeared in your account?

Could there be a problem with his work? Have the CSA fucked up?

How old are your kids?

xavierfondue · 05/08/2015 11:58

Solicitors agreement via divorce contract. Payable each month by DD - he's missed the June, July and now August payment. Sorry, I'll end up dripfeeding if I'm not careful. Am not a lone parent anymore....

Relationships?

If you want sensible reasoned discussion from people who understand and have been through similar, then Lone Parents/Divorce etc

AIBU is tempting for traffic, but will ultimately lead to bitchy comments from people who have never had to rely on an ex and don't understand the intricacies of CMS etc

MarkRuffaloCrumble · 05/08/2015 11:59

You may not technically be a lone parent, but they will help you!

xavierfondue · 05/08/2015 12:02

Yes Mark I take your point exactly, which is why I asked where I should put this thread whilst trying not to go into too much detail,

Okey dokey, will try Lone Parents/Divorce - thank you x

Posting here will get you traffic.

Have you spoken to him? Do you know if his circumstances have changed?

He may have changed bank account, be none the wiser that the money is not going out depending on his own finances. (we have a bill account which we don't take much notice of and only balance up every few months)

Is he a twat?

StackladysMorphicResonator · 05/08/2015 12:18

Did you contact him when he missed the June payment? What does he say?

xavierfondue · 05/08/2015 12:22

Right - whilst typing the other thread I though of something and it was an AIBU so I'll start a new thread xx No more comments here, please, otherwise other people will complain that I'm dripfeeding xx
