"Girls will also get the chance for a photo opportunity where they can be tied to Jabba on a chain"

Is it girls only? Certain ages only?

What? That's horrible!

As it's a girl tied to Jabba in the film, I imagine that's why they've put that. I assume if a boy wants to give it a go, nobody's going to chuck him in a sarlacc pit.

I'm guessing they're thinking that a lot of the girls/women will go as Leia and will be happy to recreate that particular scene.
I've seen a fair few lads showing up to conventions in fetching gold bikinis so I'm sure they will also get the opportunity.
Their choice Smile

It the famous sexy bit in Return of the Jedi where Princess Leia is Jabbas slave. She doesn't eventually strangle him with the chain and breaks herself out though.

It's an iconic image - that's why they mention 'girls' but I'm sure they don't just mean girl IYSWIM?

Jasonandyawegunorts · 31/07/2015 15:46

I think it's for everyone but really badly worded.

It's recreating a scene from the movie is it using the original puppet?

DadfromUncle · 31/07/2015 15:49

Its a Star Wars Convention.......and you're asking if something is a bit weird?

Idontseeanydragons · 31/07/2015 15:53

Definitely could have been worded a bit better.
Dad Grin I love sci fi conventions, the only place where wearing your own clothes marks you out as an odd ball!
