Does it bother anyone else that the Insanity infomercial talks about "getting healthy" when insanity literally means unhealthiness?

Quite aside from the question of whether it's a completely tasteless name for an aerobics video in the first place, of course.

Have to say that I did not really take much notice of the title when I did it!
