Not enough of a break?

A relative of mine works in a preschool setting.
For a whole days work ( 9-6) they are given just a 20 minute break.
Am l being unreasonable to think that isn't enough?I thought l'd check here, as l'm not up to date with what the guidelines are nowadays. Thanks.

It doesn't sound right to me but actually this would agree it seems.

Thank you for the link. Yes, the link seems to indicate it is fine Confused
I'm Surprised actually.
When l was working for an employer, l had a lunch hour, and two ten minute slots.
I worked from 9-7.
I'm out of date. Wink

When I worked in a nursery, it was all I had too. I don't know if it was legal/the norm but it was hard. Rushing your dinner down and straight back to it. Tiring work in that kind of setting. I started earlier than 9 too.

Seems dreadful. Well at least it is 'legal' l suppose.
I'll pass the information on.
