I saw this this morning and hesitated for a moment deciding whether to share or not. Presumably the person in question can't afford the flights. I feel for them but I also know what you mean. Otoh Richard Branson can just ignore it if he likes and they probably thought "it's worth a try". So I can't see that they've done any harm.
