coconutpie · 18/07/2015 17:25

Eeeew gross. YABvvvvvvU.

TheFutureMrsB · 18/07/2015 17:26

Autocorrect doesn't seem to like poptart as one word though ... Maybe it's a sign Wink

Koalafications · 18/07/2015 17:27

I bought some a few weeks ago, and they weren't as good as I remember Sad

LamppostInWinter · 18/07/2015 17:30

I'm glad I read this after going to tesco rather than before or I'd be eating a pop tart right now

OrangeSquashTallGlass · 18/07/2015 17:31

Ooo I want one too now. What flavour would you get OP?

MrsTerryPratchett · 18/07/2015 17:33

Pop tarts, like KFC, sound like a good idea but aren't.

IHaveBrilloHair · 18/07/2015 17:36

Ewwww, too sweet for me, dd loves them though.

iklboo · 18/07/2015 17:38

No!!! Just make a jam butty & stick it in the sandwich toaster.

Iloveonionchutney · 18/07/2015 17:42

YWBU to go to tesco and pay that much for them, you can get them in poundland now, the berry ones are especially nice Smile

fastdaytears · 18/07/2015 17:45

Do it! Brown Sugar and cinnamon or S'mores.

You can get stuff printed on pop tart boxes for special occasions. It's very American so it's all like "will you go to prom with me" but it's genuinely how I'd like to be proposed to.

fastdaytears · 18/07/2015 17:45

Oh as long as the box actually contained PT and not just a stupid non-edible ring

TinyManticore · 18/07/2015 17:47

I have never once tried a Pop Tart. Am I missing out, or should I continue to not try them? I assumed it would be like a biscuit with boiling hot jam in the middle.

bumbleymummy · 18/07/2015 17:48

This happened to me the other day! I was walking past them and I got such a craving for them out of nowhere. I liked the strawberry ones with the white icing when I was a teenager/student. I would always toast them until they were slightly burnt. mmmmmmmmmm. So unhealthy and rubbish but YANBU

catlovingdoctor · 18/07/2015 17:52

YANBU. Go for it! Yum yum!

gilmoregirl · 18/07/2015 17:59

Ooh I love a pop tart :) watching Gilmore girls always makes me crave them so now have an emergency box hidden behind the cereal. They really have no nutritional value whatsoever though. Why can't Kelloggs at least fortify them with vitamins like all their other products? Would lessen the guilt..... I did once find some nurtigrain toaster pastries that were similar but not quite as hideously sugary.

Smoorikins · 18/07/2015 18:00

It depends - do you have any children to swap for one?
