Would you have this surgery

A bit of background- had a boob job done at 18 due to lack of development of breasts,I really had nothing at all not even an AA cup.
So here I am mid 30s still with breast implants although these are not the original ones as due to capsular constructure I had them replaced 6 years ago.
I am now at the point in my life where I wish to be natural again,although they look good(the implants) and no rupture I just feel weird at the prospect of forever having plastic bags inside me and the chance has arisen for me to have them out.
However I know that I am very very small without implants and also worried about how saggy I will be after as no lift will be taken place with removal.
Aibu to be worried about this or should I just do it? The other option is just to leave it as apart from slight discomfort I have no big problems with the implants and could leave them alone for a good few years.

I have a very flat chest, to be honest I embraced mine....and can appreciate you're now at an age where you feel happy to go natural but in your position....given that there won't be a lift, I would try to see some images of breasts with the implants removed in cases of very flat chests. Won't you end up with just a flap of skin?

Where do you tend to put weight on? Be aware that if you pile yours on around your middle like me it will look loads more obvious with a flat chest I plead the fifth If you have a decent bust, a top will skim the flab. If you're very small busted, a top will stick to the flab and give you a lumpy silhouette and everyone will ask if you are pregnant

Can I ask you what has changed? 6 years ago you were happy to have surgery to retain implants, now you are thinking of actively removing them. Another surgery.

I'm not saying you shouldn't, just wondering what another surgery would achieve? Are you unhappy with the way you look at the moment? Would you be happy with the extra scarring after another procedure?
I would second what blankblink says about silhoutte - I am a B cup and carrying a few extra pounds and am very conscious of my top resting on my midriff (which wouldn't happen if I was a larger cup size). But if you are athletic looking, it would look great (think Paula Radcliffe). Not that looks are the main criteria....

Won't the skin have stretched a lot? Resulting in flaps...rather than fried eggs?

Skin does stretch back to a certain extent kind of like elastic. I've seen before and after pics of implant removal and they all looked fine and that was without a lift. Thanks for the comments and I'm quite a petite build so don't think it would look to bad. I will have a long think about it as had them in longer than I've been without them so it will be a big change mentally as well.

Do you have any spare fat? Perhaps a small amount of fat transfer would help.
