At work and there's a loud conversation going on over my head.

Tried to join in a few times but am ignored!

Sorry you feel bad. But without knowing what the conversation is about and why they are discussing it its hard to say.

Also depends on what you said. For example if they are saying the budget was awful and you chip in with 'it was great' because you are one of the winners in the budget, then they won't want to hear how much better off you are.

Or is it work related and its not part of what you do?

Does sound very rude though

If it's a loud conversation maybe it's not deliberate. I tune out a lot of dull conversations at work though Grin
