Should I see my GP?

Day 12 of a cold. I'm mostly feeling better except for my sinuses. :( The pain was so bad last night it took me hours to get to sleep and I slept very badly. It's still pretty painful. Took paracetamol and it didn't help. I've also been using an intranasal steroid spray, which doesn't seem to be helping either. GP prescribed it last week when I went to see her for an unrelated reason.

So, AIBU to see my GP?

Its affecting your daily life so yanbu

YWNBU esp since the prescription medicine isn't working. But, try taking ibuprofen with the paracetamol - they work together. Do you steam your sinuses ever?

Go and see GP. Sinusitis is v painful and unpleasant, and you may have an infection.

I would go.

Sinus infection is the only thing I have needed ABs for, it was awful.

I took a shower this morning, which did help for a bit. I just can't keep doing it every few hours.

I do have ibuprofen, I'll take that with the paracetamol now. I just grabbed what I saw first last night in desperation.

Is it hayfever and as pollen so high it's worse than normal
