to ask work for a standup desk

Has anyone else got one at work? I've been trying it at home and love it. Would like one at work but I worry a bit that only one person standing would look ridiculous and it would make it obvious when I'm not doing work

Don't your legs get tired? Ask, they can only say no.

They did get a bit tired to start with, now used to it and I'm sure my orange peal has reduced or at least I feel much better for doing it. I have two hours in the car sit down for work commute anyway

I'd love to try one of those adjustable ones so you can alternate standing and sitting. I'm slightly hypermobile and my only issue is with my back and sitting for ages at the computer really aggravates it, there's only so many reasons to be away from the pc and phone to stretch it out.

Someone I know bought some massive garden jenga blocks and built themself one on top of their usual desk.
