Presents for nieces/nephews

I have two brothers living in Oz. Both have two kids (under 10yo). I also have two kids but live on this side of the world. I'm godmother to one each of their children.
One of them never sends birthday/Christmas presents to my kids. One sometimes does.
So, am I mean to not send presents to theirs?

Why don't you talk to your brothers and either agree that none of you will do presents or that you will transfer a certain amount of money for a present to be bought on your behalf, shipping to Oz seems an unnecessary expense.
