Wants to be my running buddy tomorrow? Lovely Sunday run? 7k easy pace?
I have a strict summer running plan but it's bloody boring going alone.

See if you have a park run near you. Actually I think they're on Saturdays.

Yes park runs are fab- Peckham, Dulwich, Herne Hill are all excellent.

The Parkrun at Brockwell Park (start by the Lido) is on Sundays.

(Sorry, only distance runner here is one of the DC, who is still a bit young for 7km).
