Female lip hair wuud

I am 29 and until now have never used make up, applying it today and my top lip is like a men's mostash ( excuse the spelling)

Is this normal as I'm freaked out

Well it's normal to have hair on one's face but if it bothers you then go to a beautician for advice on removal if you can't bear to diy.

Also what is the AIBU? Style and Beauty crew are ACE or are you one o' them "let's shoe horn everything into Aibu" posters?

Totally normal. I'm a beauty therapist and wax dozens of women's upper lips every week.

Thread it or wax it. You'll never look back.

I find when I use foundation it make the fuzz on my face more obvious.

For what it's worth I'm blonde and not particularly hairy (apart from one annoying dark stealth hair on my upper lip that seems to grow within hours).

If you haven't used foundation before then that's probably what you are seeing.

TBH it's why I tend to prefer a tinted moisturiser (YSL Top Secrets is my current favourite) as its lighter but still evens out your skin. The only recent discovery is Bobbi Browns Serum Foundation which is again lightweight.

When I can be bothered I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded but given you can really only see it with heavy make up I tend to avoid the latter.

I always get it waxed, find threading too painful for top lip. Any salon can do it. Once you get the knack veet strips work just as well

If its really like a moustache you must have noticed it before? Putting make up on doesn't make you sprout a full on ronnie.

Face fur. Welcome to it.
