Definitely not, no. Our inconsiderate idiot of a NDN has a "eurovision party" every year. They have no children and despite living on an estate full of small children, their (very noisy) party always goes on into the small hours. Their guests are outside in the back garden, shouting, drinking and smoking and we get no sleep until they've stopped, usually somewhere around 3am. The houses are terraced too, so even when they go inside, we hear the shouting, door-slamming etc still carrying on . I'm working in the morning too, so have to be up early.
