Thank you - I would find it really helpful! Meeting with the school about DD not meeting expected levels by the end of Reception and I wanted to read up.

What areas are they saying she's not expected in?

Thank you. They haven't said yet but from comments from her class teacher, I think it will be PSE. Not always listening in class, difficulty transitioning from one activity to another sometimes (she likes to complete a task before moving on), and sometimes not keeping hands to herself during circle time, so this could be nudging someone or annoying them in some way. I have flagged she has mild hearing loss from glue ear and this makes it difficult to hear when there is background noise. They don't seem to think that is the cause though.

In reading, writing, maths and PE she is exceeding or above average.
