To think that tickling strangers' beards isn't funny?

Friend from NI just shared a FB video of a guy behind a camera wandering around Belfast tickling men's beards and filming their reaction. This is apparently 'hilarious'. All I can think is 'you could have should have been hit/what an invasion of personal space/have those people given you permission to put their faces all over FB?

Am I overthinking this? Do people genuinely find stuff like this funny?

Well I wouldn't find it funny and when I'm in charge it will be permitted under the Justifiable Homicide clause to smite dead anyone who enters your personal space uninvited.

I'm voting for farfromanyroad. That's not funny at all, it's really wrong. I'd cry punch someone if they did it to me. Not that I have a beard, but ykwim.
