So I order some skincare products from the USA that are not available in the UK.
I ordered them a week ago and nothing has arrived yet, of course I hadn't expected it to but I thought I'd send an email to get a tracking code.
They replied saying they had only sent it out today and there was zero apology.
I paid straight away for it, I don't expect to firstly have to chase them up for a tracking code AND for it not to have even been sent yet after a week.
Am I expecting too much?
