AIBU to hate group interviews

I have been invited to a 2nd interview for a job that I would love to do. However, the 2nd round comprises of a group interview.

There will be something to build, role play and a speed dating type thing.

I will go and try my best, however, I am a bit of an introvert and know that others will stand out over me.

Arggggh why can't it just be a normal interview.

They seem to do these for retail jobs. If I was invited for interview and I found out it was one of these, I wouldn't go.

Eponas that makes the whole group episode pointless then if they just gave it to the person with more experience.

Hollywood that sounds awful and they treated you appallingly.

I'm sure they do these things just to humiliate people.

Custard I'm feeling that way to be honest. But I know I can do the job and I will be good at it. Someone I know works for the same company and she only had the one interview, so It is store dependant.
