Sorry, mainly posting for traffic, after years of trying my sister's 5 weeks pregnant, but has had cramps all night, last 3 tests came back negative but no bleeding.
Does anyone know if there's any hope in a situation like this?

How does she know she's pregnant? Has she been testing throughout? I think she's just going to have to wait and see what happens next.

Cramps and bleeding don't tend to tell you much. They don't mean a pregnancy has been lost.

She's had positive tests. They are now negative. But no bleeding.

I'm afraid I had this, I was 9 weeks pregnant - I went for a scan after slight spotting and was told that lathough an egg had been fertilized and a sac formed, that was it, so really it was as if I had not been pregnant at all, it was devastating as, like your sister I had tried for years and was getting older, happily I got pregnant again not long after and now have an eleven year old. There is a name for what happened to me, I just cant recall it right now. I am sorry and hope your sister is OK.

It came to me, it was called Blighted Ovum. Although of course your sister may be fine.

I had positive then negative tests and cramps, I had an ectopic pregnancy, if she feels worse pain tell her to seek medical attention, it can burst your tube and be life threatening. Sorry it is not what you want to hear but I nearly died and it's important to double check. Your epu will scan if needs be. It could also be a chemical pregnancy as well as what pp have said
