I'm a bigger girl, not huge (14-16) but bigger, i like my food, i also take steroids due to an illness aswell as being on the pill and antidepressants, all of which have weight gain as a side effect and i have coeliac disease so when i am on a gluten free diet i also gain weight easily as my body is gaining the right nutrients.
A so called friend took it upon herself recently to tell me that people who arent under a size 10 are that size purely because of their own ignorance and laziness and that maybe they should 'stop eating so much'
Seriously?!?!!? Even if i stoppped eating altogether i would still never be a size 8 again because my body just isnt used to that and my medication more than likely wouldnt allow it, it would make me physically ill!!
i also have friends who barely eat anything, everything they do eat is home cooked and healthy, exercise 3 times a week and cycle 3 miles every day and theyre still a size 14!! how is that their own fault!!!
I know this is just a bit of a rant really but it really annoyed me and i wanted to see if i was the only person who had this opinion!
