to think she should have let me know by now?

A friend contacted me about a month ago, to see if I could puppy sit for her for a weekend.

I said I could, but she wasn't sure of dates.

She got in touch 11 days ago to air of a certain weekend would work. I said it would, but I would need to know times. She said she would look into that at the weekend.

I messaged her three days ago to see of she has any more info.

I have heard nothing.

It's this coming weekend.

Aibu to think that she should have told me by now - she must know, she has flights to organise - and to be tempted to tell her that I am no longer available? Which isn't too far from truth, as I could do with working on the Sunday, as a colleague is off.

To air of should say to ask if.

Of should be if later too.

Take the work and if she contacts you just say you had heard nothing and got no response to your message so assumed it was off.
