Been in my life since I was 2 (I'm 25 now), verbally abusive, alcoholic, violent and abusive to my mother and threatened to punch me the other day.

I decided to use his toothbrush to clean those stubborn brown stains in the toilet. AIBU?

Nope, YANBU.

You may want to consider other ways of keeping your sanity though. Seems unfair that you'll have to keep cleaning the loo.

PlummyBrummy · 10/04/2015 13:31

Haha, brilliant! May I also suggest turning the volume on his speakers to max so he deafens himself with his own music/tv - amongst other small, snatched pleasures from the horrible f*cker!

Icimoi · 10/04/2015 13:34

Record him when he is threatening you then report him to the police.

spudholes · 10/04/2015 16:31

Yeah the next one I'm going to do is hide an alarm clock in his room and set it for silly o clock!

No. Don't do that. (But I can see why it is tempting!)

I have been in your exact situation OP.
Can I ask, is there anyway you could stop seeing him?

lemonyone · 10/04/2015 16:35

Can I just check, is this lighthearted, or are you wanting advice? I don't want to bring the thread down at all.

AlwaysDancing1234 · 10/04/2015 16:38

Fabulous Grin
However I do think you need to deal with his crimes permanently by reporting him to police if you are able? If not then I hope you and your mum are getting the appropriate support

DowntownFunk · 10/04/2015 16:44

Take a photo of you doing it. Keep it until you and your mum are free and safe from him then send it.

Revenge is useless unless they find out.

crazypuglady · 10/04/2015 21:04

I hope you didn't need a wee while cleaning the toilet....... Wink
