AIBU to want my parcel by now?

Small business (one person self employed) producing personalised items. I ordered on 25th March and was told it would be sent next day. Message next day asking for a little info. When I messaged a few day later was told had been posted 1st class Royal Mail on 27th. No parcel since. Have messaged and was told because it was a parcel it would take longer Hmm Now being asked to wait another few days as still no sign. Am now worried no parcel will ever show. Can understand how a small business can't just send a replacement but I've spent quite a lot on this order and can't justify the loss. Aibu to expect my parcel by now?

I think you've waited long enough for them to get onto the tracking.

May be Ywbu if you were insisting on a replacement so soon bit YANBU to insist on them trying to chase it up.

How did you pay?

May be easier chasing a refund through Paypal/credit card.

Strange that they won't just give you the tracking info, that would make me wonder if they've even sent it yet!

But I've nothing good to say about Royal Mail, I sent a letter first class signed for a few weeks ago and it took them 8 days just to deliver that...

Perhaps it is not tracked.

I sell over 6000 items a year online- I think Royal Mail are fantastic. I rarely send anything tracked or insured.
I am always keen to promptly refund for any non- delivery.
