Not at all - dates are fruit, I'm sure it has an egg or two in it for protein, sugar is made from plants, as is flour so they are both vegetables and if you add some cream you have your dairy right there... sounds pretty bloody balanced to me! Grin Wink

In fact cream is a vegetable as it is made from grass (via the cow but we won't mention that bit...)

Excellent. You're right about the cream, that's calcium for strong bones right there... I should have more of it just to make sure I have enough calcium. I'm sure the same is true for butter..

The dates, bigger piece required for sure.
