There is a lot of back story to this but I'll try and give a brief summery.
Me and XP superheated before she was 1. He had no interest in her neglected her basic needs and often shouted and swore in her face.
He was EA, controlling, FA and allot more to me.
When we separate I had to run away to a women's refuge for over 6 months. During this he smashed my friends windows, stalked and harassed my family and friends, threatened to kill me numerous times, tried to run my car off the road while I had DD with me.
I got a non molestation order granted and he has been arrested since I've had it in place for threatening behaviour.
He took me to court for access to. DD, we've had many hearings and he's been found guilty of all the abusive claims I've made and the courts agree I'm at significant risk from him and extended my non molestation order.
He was told her could have supervised access to DDS but between work schedules and nursery they could only be on a certain times which he wasn't happy about and he would have to fund them himself because of the day he wanted.
Then after months he's decided to withdraw his application for contact with DD and this should hopefully be all wrapped up in the near future but now I want to change my DDs surname to the same as mine.
I know he won't be happy about this and I'm happy to app,y to the courts for this. Does anyone think I have a chance of this happening or would it be a waste of time and me risking him kicking off and causing me more trouble again?
