Just looking on facebook and looking at sil at some amazing out backing on to a beach showed oh as I was cooing it looked lush he has just frigging informed me this is his uncles 4 bedroom beach house which the family use

Wtf so he's been making us camp and all along theirs a beach house that we can use its in iralnd were dh is from I think it would be lovey looks lush and cultural for the children to vist the emraled Isle

I asked dh why he's kept this from me and I sure it's because he thinks his uncle is cunt i knew I would want to go however I find his uncle very charming and yes I do want to go its looks well nice I did wonder were my sil bogged of to every easter I can't believe he's never told me

There is presumably some back history which your husband feels is sufficiently important to prevent him from accepting favours from his uncle. I think it's unreasonable of you to put pressure on him to change his mind. I think you should accept that you have the holidays you afford under your own steam.
