So says the BBC headline- over 100 of them.

Why on earth is this news? They would, wouldn't they?

Because they think their businesses will do better under the Tory proposals (rather than the still rather unexplained Labour ones). It's enlightened self-interest. They might become richer individually, but they'll also be able to afford to employ more people, on better contracts and have some pay rises. And if share prices rises, private pension funds will do better too.

There'll be all sorts of endorsements for parties over the coming weeks.

It's news because what big business owners think matters. They employ a lot of people and if they're successful they generally know what they're talking about. I think it's worth listening to if there's that many of them saying the same thing.
