To disown my mother???

She just shrieked down the street at my soon to be 37 year old boyfriend, as in opened her bedroom window and shouted at him... I am absolutely fucking fuming. He stayed over last night for the first time in years... And hungover, which doesn't help. I moved back in with her to help her after my dad died, and she has always had a problem with my boyfriend, but this really does take the piss. I am now too scared to leave my bedroom as I know there will be consequences... Need to rant

If she doesn't like how you live, you clearly need to make other arrangements.

glittertits · 22/03/2015 10:46

You need to move out.

Pyjamasandwine · 22/03/2015 10:46

What/why was she yelling? Why are you scared to leave your room? How old are you?

popalot · 22/03/2015 10:46

Time to move out.

NerrSnerr · 22/03/2015 10:50

Why are you scared to leave your room? What will she do?

MaidOfStars · 22/03/2015 10:55

Given that you are scared to leave your room, I'm assuming you are not of an age with your boyfriend and there's a significant age difference? Is this the problem? Or does she just not like him? Or is she strict about unmarried couples?

6LittleOnes · 22/03/2015 10:58

Did you ever find your engagement ring?

6LittleOnes · 22/03/2015 11:01

And as she hid his shoes in January, why did he come back?

6LittleOnes · 22/03/2015 11:04

Plus judging by your previous posts, you broke up in October, and January and February and he turned up to your dad's funeral drunk. Maybe your mum has good reason to hate him.

mrpontipinesmoustache · 22/03/2015 11:04

You're still there after shoe -gate Confused move out.

AGirlCalledBoB · 22/03/2015 11:04

Are you quite young?

time to move out, and stand up to your mother.

mommy2ash · 22/03/2015 13:49

you have been told numerous times that you need to move out of your mothers and ditch the loser boyfriend. why are you welcoming this drama into your life?

PrettyLittleMitty · 22/03/2015 13:53

This will not end well op

Feckeggblue · 22/03/2015 13:57

Yes disown her. You needs to move out for that and a quick look at your previous threads indicates you've done nothing about this 4 months on from the last incident. Are you going to engage with the people bothering to answer your thread this time? Coz if not I won't waste my time...

LittleBairn · 22/03/2015 14:11

What was she yelling about?
