To be annoyed casualty always gets dumped?

Every time there is something on bbc on Saturday night casualty gets dumped.

It is one of the only shows I watch and look forward to my hour of peace on a Saturday night. They could at least switch it over to bbc 2 or 3!

Tell me about it! It gets dumped so often :(

glittertits · 21/03/2015 20:26

Its crap! Yabu!

nannynoss · 21/03/2015 20:26

Even if they just put it on iPlayer!

SallyMcgally · 21/03/2015 20:26

YANBU at all. I share your pain.

bigbluebus · 21/03/2015 20:27

YADNBU. I have just discovered that it's not on tonight too. It's the only thing I want to watch on a Saturday night Sad

WatchOutForGoblins · 21/03/2015 20:30

Yes, some may hate it but it won best soap over eastenders and coronation street. (Neither of which I watch!)

It isn't Saturday without my dose of casualty!

If it is for a charity, then that is partially ok, but put it on 2 or 3. But to be dumped for the shite that is the voice? Argh!!! Angry

TattyDevine · 21/03/2015 20:32

Its not on tonight! Owwwweee.

I have a kind of embarrassing crush on Dylan (William Beck)

RJnomore · 21/03/2015 20:34

YANBU. I just discovered it isn't on. AGAIN. Weekend is off

JudgeyHotPants · 21/03/2015 20:34

People actually still watch Casualty?

Tobyjugg · 21/03/2015 20:37

YABU it should have been killed off years ago (Holby City too, come to that).

Writerwannabe83 · 21/03/2015 20:41

Oh no, I was just going to settle down with iPlayer to watch it.

I absolutely love Casualty and also have a soft spot for Dylan.

Does everyone watch Holby City too??

monkeysox · 21/03/2015 20:41

Yanbu
That and holby are the only things I always watch.

ginmakesitallok · 21/03/2015 20:46

Dp told me this morning that casualty wasn't on, but I didn't believe him. It's a running joke in our house,, he looks in his mum's paper and says "oh no, casualty's not on" in a "this is the one where lassie dies" sort of way. Fuck! He was telling the truth!!!!

nannynoss · 21/03/2015 20:46

I watch Holby too. Love them both, could quite easily plan my week around them... Dylan reminds me a bit of Doc Martin. Have a soft spot for both! And a huge crush on Diggers

Sallystyle · 21/03/2015 20:49

YANBU

But I am sick of bloody Connie right now and have a huge crush on Max.

Oodear · 21/03/2015 20:50

Dylan yes Diggers Nooooooo!

Sallystyle · 21/03/2015 20:51

Dylan is lovely too!

nannynoss · 21/03/2015 20:53

How about Ethan? I like the geeky ones

nannynoss · 21/03/2015 20:54

I love Jonny too, he looks so good in dark green now. Plus the scottish accent...

WatchOutForGoblins · 21/03/2015 20:55

Ooh yes! Ethan and diggers! Love the nerds! Grin

hippoherostandinghere · 21/03/2015 20:56

Yes to Dylan Grin so happy he's back. I'm so annoyed it's not on. It really is my favourite show and the only thing I watch regularly.

WatchOutForGoblins · 21/03/2015 20:57

And yes yes to planning your week around it! iWork Tuesdays and Saturdays and always come home and pop it on I player at around midnight! I have a rare Saturday off and was looking forward to watching it live.

Patatas · 21/03/2015 20:58

I have just had this conversation too, wish I had checked earlier so it wasn't such a disappointment now. Me and dsd's love our weekly watch of casualty together - bonding time.

It's fab but I can't get in to Holby.

nannynoss · 21/03/2015 20:59

I don't often get control of the TV on a Saturday night unless I babysit, so I was really looking forward to watching it live tonight! Sob. I really hope Connie fucks off and leaves lovely Rita to do her job. It will be a sad day when Charlie retires
