we bought a new (second hand) car last week, and the centre console keeps resetting
I emailed them to tell them and said that we would need to bring it back in for a look. Long story short, they said we would have to leave it with them - they are in the middle of nowhere, and a 40min drive away - so I said that we would be unable to do so and would appreciate them to book us in for the first job of the day
"I cannot offer that service Mrs (), We would need the vehicle left with us"
I have said we are happy to wait another week, to ensure we can get it booked in for the first job of the day, surely its not hard to do this?
