Only the ladies will understand this...For 3 days out of every month do you suddenly turn into the wicked witch of the west? Put on as much as 5lbs and have the migraine from hell?

That WAS me, then I had a coil fitted and have no problems at all. Wish I'd done it years ago.

Only the ladies will understand this...

For this sentence alone yabvvu!

Also, no, I don't.

twirlypoo · 15/03/2015 20:34

I am really tired, but I genuinely don't understand what Mother's Day has to do with your period?! Am I being mega dense? I'm obviously not a lady given your statement above mind Grin

AnnieMoor · 15/03/2015 20:36

Ladies - boak.

I have no idea what you're on about.

MagicMojito · 15/03/2015 20:36

Confused Blush I don't get it. Happy mothers day???

Cookiesallforme · 15/03/2015 20:38

Wtf has that got to do with Mother's Day?

Shouldn't you just be saying 'today I have my period and I feel like shit'

TondelayoSchwarzkopf · 15/03/2015 20:40

Fortunately, I'm no lady

Ramy48 · 15/03/2015 21:10

Ha ha, yes it's true, it's Mother's Day and I do feel like the last word Cookies said. I still had to cook the dinner, do the dishes and the laundry whilst hubby and son played Xbox.

OP posts:
twirlypoo · 15/03/2015 21:15

You feel like shit? You can say shit you know.... It may help with the pmt :)

LineRunner · 15/03/2015 21:18

Hubby. Just rolling the word off my tongue.

Whatutalkinboutwillis · 15/03/2015 21:18

Feel your pain, got mine today too and could rip someone's head off happily.

MuddhaOfSuburbia · 15/03/2015 21:19

you can eff and jeff as much as you like here- gaaarn! you'll feel better

I'd avoid saying hubby though

it is more frowned upon than the c word

I know. In't it buh-RILL-I-ant?

You don't have to do the dinner, dishes or laundry whilst dh and ds play Xbox, you could have got them involved instead of being a martyr

Spadequeen · 15/03/2015 21:31

And it has nothing to do with Mother's Day, the whole family should be involved in cooking of dinner, laundry and dishes, why do you feel it's just your job?

BlueBananas · 15/03/2015 21:34
Confused
Thesuperswimmingdolphin · 15/03/2015 21:34

I've done dinner and laundry. It may be Mothers Day but there was still stuff to do and dh does his share as well. I also don't understand the relation between your period and mothers day Hmm but fwiw my migraines are largely cycle related too. I've found migraleve to be helpful, really need the anti nausea stuff.

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 15/03/2015 21:37

No. Does mean I'm not a lady?

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 15/03/2015 21:37

Does that
